About leads in Business Manager

The Leads section in Business Manager brings together the people who have shown interest in your business, whether they found you on ArchiPro or came to you through your own website. Use it to see who is interested, follow up while the interest is fresh, and keep track of where each conversation is at.

Where leads come from

Leads are created automatically from four sources:

  • Enquiries. Someone sends you an enquiry through your ArchiPro profile or one of your listings. The source column shows ArchiPro.
  • Product downloads. A signed-in ArchiPro member downloads your product files, or requests access to them. Because they are signed in, their contact details come with the lead. The source column shows ArchiPro.
  • Website forms. A visitor submits a form on your own website that includes an email address or phone number. The source column shows Your Website. See Collect leads from your website forms for how this works and what you need in place.
  • Event scans. A visitor scans your QR code at an ArchiPro event such as a Home Design Evening.

Viewing your leads

In Business Manager, go to Leads. Each row shows the contact, their details, the source, and the most recent activity. Select a lead to open their full history, including every enquiry, download, or form submission they have made with you.

One person can have several activities. If the same visitor downloads a file and later sends an enquiry, both appear on the same contact.

Lead statuses

Use statuses to keep track of your follow-up. Each lead starts as New. You can update it to Contacted, Qualified, Converted, or Closed using the status dropdown on the lead. Statuses are only visible to you and your team.

Filtering and exporting

You can filter the list by source, status, and date, and export the current view to a CSV file for use in your own systems.

Who can see leads

Business owners always have access to the Leads section. Other team members need to be given access first. See Manage team access to leads.
