Fulfilling click and collect orders
Learn how to mark click & collect orders as ready for pick up
ArchiPro Ecommerce includes a dedicated Order Management dashboard where you can manage all orders processed on ArchiPro.
To complete dispatch on ArchiPro, you will need a tracking number or URL provided by your courier or shipping partner.
Mark your order as ready for pick up
When the order is ready to dispatch, you can follow these steps:
- Log on to your professional account on ArchiPro
- Click the Profile icon in the top right menu
- Click on your Professional name
- Click Orders in left menu
- Click the relevant order
- Click checkbox next to the item(s) to be collected
- Click Ready in store
An email notification will be sent to the customer to pick up the order from your Click & Collect location.
