How to access and manage your Home Design Evening Melbourne leads 

Following the event, you can access the contacts your team captured through the Home Design Evening app directly from your ArchiPro Business Manager. This guide explains where to find your leads, how to download their details, and how to manage your follow-up conversations.

 

1. Where to find your event leads

Your scanned leads are available in the Contacts section of Business Analytics.

To access them:

  1. Log in to your ArchiPro account at archipro.com.au.
  2. Open your Business Manager and select your business profile.
  3. Navigate to Analytics.
  4. Select the Contacts tab.
  5. Filter your contacts to view those captured through Home Design Evening (HDE).

Your event contacts are recorded against your exhibiting business, so your team can access them in one place.

2. Viewing your leads

The Contacts tab provides a central place to review the people who connected with your business.

Select an individual contact to review the information available about them, including their contact details, source and recorded activity.

Depending on the information provided during registration, homeowner leads may also include useful project details such as their project stage, indicative budget and building or renovation plans.

This can help you understand what each person is working on and how best to follow up.

3. How to filter your Home Design Evening leads

Your Business Manager may also include enquiries and contacts generated through your ArchiPro profile and other activity.

To focus on your event contacts:

  1. Open Analytics > Contacts.
  2. Find the filter options.
  3. Select the relevant Home Design Evening / HDE source.
  4. Review the contacts captured during the event.

You can also use the available date and status filters to organise your contacts and follow-up activity.

4. How to download your leads

If you would prefer to manage your contacts in Excel or your own CRM, you can export your leads as a CSV file.

To download:

  1. Open the Contacts tab.
  2. Apply the Home Design Evening filter.
  3. Select the Export CSV option.
  4. Download the file to your device.

The CSV file can be opened in Excel or imported into your CRM, allowing you to share relevant contacts with your sales team and organise your post-event follow-up.

5. Following up with your contacts

Home Design Evening is an opportunity to continue the conversations started at your stand.

We recommend reviewing your leads soon after the event, while those discussions are still fresh.

A few ways to approach your follow-up:

  • Prioritise relevant conversations. Start with people who requested information, discussed a specific product or have an active building or renovation project.
  • Make your follow-up personal. Refer to the conversation you had at Home Design Evening and provide information relevant to their interests.
  • Share useful resources. Product specifications, brochures, technical documentation or links to relevant ArchiPro listings can help people take the next step.
  • Keep track of progress. Use the contact statuses in Business Manager or your own CRM to record which leads have been contacted and what happens next.

Within Business Manager, you can update a contact's status from New to Contacted, Qualified, Converted or Closed as the relationship progresses.

Remember to follow your business's privacy and marketing consent requirements when contacting attendees.

 

6. Frequently asked questions

When will my Home Design Evening leads be available?

Leads captured through the app are designed to sync automatically with your Business Manager. You can review them following the event.

Can multiple people from my business access the leads?

Yes. Team members with access to your business's Business Manager can view the Contacts section once it has been enabled for your exhibiting business.

Can I download my leads into Excel?

Yes. Use the CSV export option in the Contacts tab. CSV files can be opened in Excel or imported into compatible CRM systems.

Can I see leads from other ArchiPro activity?

Your Contacts section can also include other contact-generating activity associated with your business, where applicable. Use the source filters to focus on Home Design Evening.

What if I cannot see my leads?

First, check that you are signed in to the correct business profile and that you have selected Analytics > Contacts.

If the Contacts tab is missing, or your event leads are not appearing as expected, please contact the ArchiPro team so we can check your account access and lead records.
