What's new in Business Manager and Product Editor?

From Monday 4th July, the team at ArchiPro will be updating your Business Manager menu on the left hand side, as well as a new Product Editor experience. Here is an overview of the enhancements, and a few simple steps to get you started.

Step one: meet your new business manager

We’ve refined the business manager layout to offer you a better experience, so when you log in you’ll notice some things have changed. Take a minute to familiarise yourself with the new layout and explore the new features.

Step two: optimise your products

Click on the ‘Content’ tab, and then click ‘Products’. You’ll see that we’ve updated the Products page with some new features, including Product Scoring and CSV Importing, and added new fields to the product editor. Let’s explore.

Product Scoring

Product Scoring is a tool designed to help you maximise the potential of your online store. Each product is graded and receives a percentage score based on how much information is entered in the product listing. The more information you add, the higher your score. You’ll see the average score of your entire product inventory listed at the top of the page. Increasing your product score ensures your customers have all the information they need to feel confident in their consideration or purchase, and can help to improve the searchability of your products.

CSV Importing

Our new ‘Import’ feature allows you to upload a CSV file of your entire product inventory. This can be helpful when you have a lot of products to upload at once. If you have exported a CSV file from Shopify, WooCommerce or BigCommerce, you can upload it directly onto ArchiPro. If you are using a different platform, we recommend using our CSV template. This template gives you an ArchiPro-friendly format for all your product data. If you would like more help with this step, you can read our comprehensive CSV import guide here.

Editing Products

Creating detailed product listings is an important step in speeding up the consideration and purchase process. The more information you provide, the easier it is for ready-to-buy customers to feel confident adding your products to cart. We’ve updated the product editor with some new fields, including pricing, variants, warranty, and dimension diagrams.

Within the product editor you’ll find an SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) section. A good SEO title and description can help boost your organic click-through rate on Google by drawing a customer’s eye to keywords that are relevant to what they’ve searched for. We’ve added some helpful tips on writing for SEO on the sidebar in the product editor.

Make the most of the new features available in the product editor by taking some time to check you have all the relevant information listed for each of your products.

Step three: connect your Stripe account

If you’re looking to sell your products on ArchiPro, it’s easy to get your online store set up. All you need to do is add a new, or connect your existing, Stripe Account, and enable your Ecommerce settings.

To connect or set up a Stripe account, click ‘Settings’, then click ‘Ecommerce’. Here you’ll find the Payment Settings section. If you already have a Stripe account, or you need to set one up, you can do so by clicking on ‘Stripe Account’. This will open a sign-up window where you will be prompted through the set-up process.

Step four: set up shipping and delivery options that suit your business

Our Shipping and Delivery section allows you to create multiple shipping options depending on location and product. If you run Click & Collect locations, you can set these up here too.

Step five: review the returns and refunds policy

We have created a standard returns and refunds policy for all ArchiPro Ecommerce sellers. You can review this policy under the ‘Settings > Ecommerce > Legal’ section. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact your Client Manager.
