What does 'Recent Responsiveness' mean on my profile?

This article summarises how your 'Recent Responsiveness' is calculated.

On your profile home page, you may see a percentage assigned to 'Recent Responsiveness' (pictured below).

This represents the total response rate of the past month's worth of enquires. If there are less than 5 enquiries within the month, we consider the previous 3 months or 1 year until we have 5 enquiries to calculate from.

For a client to achieve 100% all you need to do is simply respond to all your enquires. This is intended to improve our users experience by having enquiries responded to more consistently.
