Are you receiving ArchiPro's product updates? 

ArchiPro’s product updates are delivered to you via email, designed to keep you informed about the latest developments on the platform. These updates include new features, improvements, and best practices, helping you get the most out of your experience with ArchiPro—focused solely on the essential information you need to know.

Ensuring they reach your inbox

To make sure you’re receiving these important updates, follow the steps below to ensure ArchiPro's product updates land directly in your inbox.

For Gmail users:

  1. Open ArchiPro's product update email (sent from 'product@archipro.co.nz').
  2. Click the three vertical dots located in the top-right corner of the email.
  3. In the dropdown menu, select "Filter messages like this."
  4. A new window will appear with the sender's email address pre-filled. You can modify the filter criteria if needed.
  5. Click on "Create filter."
  6. Check the box next to "Always mark as important"
  7. Click on "Create filter" to save the changes

 

For Outlook users:

To ensure messages from known addresses or domains don't get moved to your Junk Email folder, add them to your safe senders list:

  1. Open email ArchiPro's product update sent from 'product@archipro.co.nz'.
  2. Click on the three horizontal dots (More actions) located in the top-right corner of the email.
  3. In the dropdown menu, select "Add sender to safe senders list."
  4. A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen stating that the sender has been added to your safe senders list.

 

For Apple Mail users:

  1. Open the email from the desired sender that you want to whitelist.
  2. Click on the sender's email address at the top of the email.
  3. A dropdown menu will appear.
  4. Click on "Add to Contacts" or "Add to VIPs" to whitelist the sender.

Now ArchiPro's product updates should appear at the top of your inbox!
