Some ArchiPro users may encounter difficulties viewing the ArchiPro website on Safari when using a desktop, which is a popular web browser on Mac computers. Here's a solution to address this issue.
Last updated 16th July 2024.
The Issue
Users of Safari may encounter an issue where the ArchiPro website fails to load on a desktop using the Safari browser.
This problem stems from Safari's accessibility settings and its minimum font size requirement, causing our website to break. While we are working on upgrading our accessibility settings, this will involve a major website rebuild planned for late 2024/early 2025.
The Fix
To resolve this issue, you can disable the accessibility settings in Safari. Follow the steps below or watch the short video guide to learn how:
1. Click on the 'Safari' button in the top toolbar
2. Go to Settings
3. Select 'Advanced'
4. Ensure that the Accessibility option is unchecked
This will help in resolving the problem with the ArchiPro website not loading properly.
