This article explains how to use the Profile Pages Report to understand which content is performing best, how different industries are engaging with it, and where your traffic and conversions are coming from.
The Profile Pages Report is designed to help you understand how visitors engage with your content across your business profile. It provides a detailed view of which pages are attracting attention, how users are reaching them, and how they're engaging.
The Profile Pages Report helps you answer important questions like:
-
What content is drawing the most engagement?
-
Which industries are interacting with which pages?
-
Are users converting after engaging with specific content types?
With this insight, you can make data-backed decisions about what to create, promote, or refine.
Navigating the Report
The Profile Pages Report is divided into several key sections. Here’s a breakdown:
Summary Metrics
At the top of the report, you’ll see a snapshot of high-level performance metrics:
-
ArchiPro Brand Impressions: Total impressions of your brand across the platform.
-
Page Views: Number of times your profile pages have been viewed.
-
Total Conversions: The number of meaningful actions users have taken (e.g. save, download, referral).
-
Click-Through Rate (CTR): The percentage of users who clicked through after seeing your content.
-
Conversion Rate: The percentage of visitors who took a meaningful action.
These numbers provide a quick overview of how your profile is performing in terms of visibility, engagement, and conversion.
Activities Over Time
This section shows a time-series graph of Page Views and Impressions over time.
You can view these two metrics together on the same chart, allowing you to identify trends, spikes in activity, and how exposure correlates with engagement.
User Activity Breakdowns
This section includes four donut charts that break down engagement in more detail:
- Impression Source: Understand which page types (Product, Profile, Project, Article) are most frequently seen.
- Traffic Source: See where your visitors are coming from. ArchiPro Marketing refers to traffic from our external marketing channels like search, social, email, video, and digital ads - while traffic from other clients’ ads, direct visits, links, or non-marketing sources is counted as ArchiPro Content; your own campaigns appear as Social Ads, Digital Publications, Native Drivers, or Onsite Display.
- Page Type: Discover which types of pages are being viewed most.
- Conversion Type: See what kinds of conversions are happening (e.g. Website Referrals, Saves, Downloads).
Filter by Industry:
Use the User Industry filter to tailor insights based on who’s viewing your content. This allows for a more strategic analysis of what resonates with different audience types.
Top Pages Table
At the bottom of the report is a detailed, filterable table showing your top-performing pages.
For each piece of content, you can view:
-
Page Title and Type
-

You can also filter this data by:
