Why connect your email to ArchiPro?
When you integrate your email with ArchiPro, enquiries received in your ArchiPro Inbox are also delivered directly to your nominated email inbox. This means:
- You can reply directly via email - no need to log into ArchiPro to respond.
- Responses are logged back into ArchiPro, creating a more complete and consistent record of communications.
- It’s easier to share visibility across teams - multiple team members can receive and respond to enquiries.
- You can sync conversations into your CRM if your email is already connected.
- It creates a more cohesive and seamless workflow, with less platform switching.
How the integration works
Once integrated:

New messages sent via ArchiPro enquiry forms will land in your Gmail or Office 365 inbox.

You can reply directly from your email, and the reply will be sent to the user on ArchiPro and appear in your ArchiPro Inbox thread.

Replies are tracked and visible in your ArchiPro Inbox to maintain a complete communication record.
How to connect your Microsoft Office 365 account
- In your Business Manager, visit Profile > Team. Ensure that the member whose email you want to integrate has 'Inbox Access' switched on - this is enabled by default for Admin users.
- Next, visit Email Integrations, below Team Members. Here select 'Connect' for your email provider. A window will open prompting you to login and accept access permissions.
Once connected successfully, in Team Members the user's Email Integration will show as Connected.
Permissions and data usage
We request only the minimum necessary permissions to enable functionality. ArchiPro does not read your emails outside of messages related to ArchiPro Inbox communications.
For Microsoft 365, we request access to:

Your data remains secure and is used strictly for enabling seamless communications between you and your clients via ArchiPro.

Can multiple people in my business receive these emails?
Yes - each team member can connect their own email, or you can set up a shared / alias inbox (e.g. info@yourbusiness.com) to receive all enquiries.
What happens if I reply from my email?
Your message is sent to the enquirer and logged in the ArchiPro Inbox thread automatically.
Will I still get notifications?
Yes - you’ll continue to receive ArchiPro notifications, but with this integration, the full message thread is accessible and reply-able via your email.
