Setting up your dispatch locations

A valid dispatch location is required for automated shipping in order to determine where products will be picked up from.

Follow these steps to create a dispatch location:
  1. Log on to your professional account on ArchiPro
  2. Click the Profile icon in the top right menu
  3. Click on your Professional name
  4. Click E-commerce in the left menu
  5. Click Click & Collect locations in the left menu
  6. Click the Add Locations button on the top right of the screen
  7. Enter the required information
  8. Enable the Delivery dispatch location toggle
  9. Set the Expected dispatch time from the dropdown
  10. Click Save

If you do not wish to display this location on your profile's contact page, you can click the Hide toggle.
