Returns & Refunds Policy
Access ArchiPro's standard Returns & Refunds policy for your customers
This policy is made to standardise the process for all ArchiPro Marketplace sellers along with protecting your business, the customer, and ArchiPro.
The Returns & Refunds Policy outlines how to return an item, non-refundable items, and refundable shipping costs. This has been created from the standard New Zealand Marketplace requirements with reference to the Consumer Guarantees Act.
We have included your business name within the policy. Customers shopping on ArchiPro SHOP can review this policy when browsing your products.
To find your Returns & Refunds Policy simply head to your Account Settings tab on the left navigation menu in Business Manager.
Click Ecommerce and then Legal to view the return and refund policy on ArchiPro.
