How to change the status of your product.

1. Submit a Product for Approval/Go Live
To submit a product for approval, all required fields must be completed. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) or highlighted in red are mandatory. (to learn about the required fields, refer to this article) Once these are filled out, you’ll be able to click the 'Submit for Approval' button in the top right corner.
After submission, our team will be notified within an hour and review the product. If it meets ArchiPro's criteria, we’ll publish it live. If not, a team member will contact you to discuss further.

2. Draft / Not Live
If you're no longer selling a product or want to remove it from your ArchiPro profile temporarily, go to your Product Inventory. Next to the product, you'll see a dropdown button beside the 'Live' status.

To completely remove the product from your profile, select 'Not Live'.

To temporarily unpublished the product while making updates, select 'Draft'. Once your edits are complete, you can re-submit it for approval.
You can also bulk update products by selecting the checkbox on the left side of each product listing. Once you've selected multiple products, you can set them all to 'Not Live' at once.
If you wish to permanently delete a product, please contact our support team. We don’t usually recommend this option unless you're absolutely certain the product won’t be re-listed in the future, as creating these product pages takes considerable time and effort.
