This article will show you how to add team members to your profile.
In This Article:
To add team members to your business on ArchiPro, navigate to Profile within your Business Manager and then Team.
After you’ve clicked into ‘Team’ you can see all the current team members associated with your business account and update their permissions.
To add a new team member, click the black ‘Create team members’ button at the top right.
A pop-up will appear. Simply fill in their details and invite them to join the team.
TIP: If you want to send this out to your employee database, COPY LINK adds people as team members and grants them access to the business manager. The link expires within 48 hours.
If you require admin access for the added email account, please add their email. If you do not require them to have admin access, do not add their email.
They will receive an email inviting them to join the profile with a link to click to confirm. Please ask them to check their junk folder if they do not see the email, which should be from info@archipro.co.nz. If you have any trouble, please contact Support.
After inviting a team member, you can set their access level:
- Admin: Full access to edit the business profile, inbox, and products.
- Inbox Access: View and respond to inbox messages only.
- Product Access: Edit products and process orders (if eCommerce is enabled) without changing the profile, projects, or articles.
Admins can manage the entire profile, while non-admins have limited permissions.
Please switch on the toggle SHOW ON PROFILE to make it visible.
Team members can be viewed publicly to users under the About section on your profile in a section called ‘Meet the Team’.
You can rearrange team members, search for a specific team member, or delete them at any time.
By using invite team members you can mass invite teams members and additionally link your email account.
TIP: Ensure that your emails have spaces in between, this format will ensure all emails are sent correctly.
