ArchiPro's Dynamic Tagging System

How to tag products in projects and why you should be leveraging tagging.

What is ArchiPro's 'Dynamic Tagging System'?

ArchiPro's 'Dynamic Tagging System' is an excellent feature that allows you to tag products used in projects to extend your reach across the ArchiPro platform.

Whether you're a professional showcasing your projects or a supplier selling your products, tagging products mutually benefits both businesses by increasing their visibility.

Example:

If you are an architect sharing your project and tag a supplier's curtains in one of the images, that project will also appear on the supplier's profile. This gives the supplier additional visibility by featuring their product within the architect's project.

How does product tagging work?

Who Can Tag Products?

Suppliers can tag their products in any project, while professionals can tag products within their own projects. However, all tags are subject to an approval process by out platform success team, which will be completed within a few days of tagging the product.

How Many Products Can Be Tagged?

There is no limit to the number of products you can tag in a project—the more tags you add, the more visibility you gain across ArchiPro. We recommend limiting your tags to 5-7 per image to prevent visual clutter.

If you prefer not to tag individual products, you can link suppliers under the 'Network' section when building a project.

How Do I Tag Products in My Own Project?

  1. In the project page builder, hover over an image and click the tag button.
  2. Click on the photo to start tagging and ensure to place the tag on the relevant product so viewers can easily identify it.
  3. If the product is listed on ArchiPro, it will appear in the search. If not, select 'Cannot find product' or 'Cannot find supplier' and fill in the supplier's name. Our team will reach out to the supplier to invite them to join ArchiPro and feature their product.
  4. Once you've added your tags, click 'Done Tagging' at the bottom right and remember to save or publish the project when ready.

How Do I Tag a Product in Someone Else's Project?

The process is similar to tagging in your own project:

  1. Navigate to the project, hover over the image, and click the tag button.
  2. Click on the image to place your tags and, when finished, select 'Done Tagging'.

How Can I Find My Products in Projects?

To locate your products in projects:

  1. Visit the profile of a professional you’ve collaborated with, either by searching their name or via your 'Network' tab if you’ve connected before.
  2. Go to their 'Projects' tab and sort by 'new' to quickly identify their latest uploads and browse for your tagged products.

We recommend connecting with professionals on ArchiPro as soon as you start working together. This way, you’ll receive updates when they upload new projects, making it easier to track your tagged products.
