Setting up your email notifications

Ensure that all relevant information reaches the right people.

Make sure to update the email addresses that will receive notifications about your ArchiPro profile, such as direct enquiries, to ensure all relevant information reaches the right people.

To set up your email notifications for all important updates:

  1. Log on to your professional account on ArchiPro
  2. Click the Profile icon in the top right menu
  3. Below your Professional name, click 'Switch to Business'
  4. Click Settings in the left menu
  5. Click Notifications in the left menu
  6. Add email address(s) for Direct Enquiries.
    1. You will receive a notification when customers send a direct enquiry through your ArchiPro inbox, where you can click through to reply. 
  7. Add email address(s) for Profile Activity notifications.
    1. You will receive a notification whenever a user performs an action on your profile. For example, file downloads, saves, website referrals, and more. Leave this field black if you wish to opt-out of these notifications.
  8. For eCommerce: add email address(s) to receive Order update notifications.
    1. You will receive notifications for all Ecommerce order updates, such as receiving a new order, refund requests, and more.
  9. For Analytics: add email address(s) to receive Performance reports.
    1. You will receive notifications with the Analytics reports for your profile. These reports are typically sent monthly.
