Setting up your email notifications for Ecommerce orders

Update the email address that you would like notifications to be sent to when an order is placed by a customer.

 

General settings

Head to the Settings tab within your menu navigation on your company profile. You will see at the top there is a section labelled General settings where you can add all email addresses that you would like notifications to be sent to regarding important website communications for your business.

When you scroll down the page you will find the heading Notification settings. This section allows you to add one or more email addresses for each notification type.

Email Analytics reports to

Here, you can add the email address(s) that you would like notifications about your profile's Analytics reporting to be sent to. These notifications occur quarterly.

 

Email ecommerce order updates to

Here, you can add the email address(s) that you would like Ecommerce orders to be sent to. It is important to add all relevant email addresses to this tab so you are notified when you receive an order.

 

Email direct enquiries to

Here, you can add the email address(s) that you would like customer enquiries to be sent to. You will be able to reply to these enquiries via a link in the emails you receive.

 

Email profile activity notifications to

Here, you can add the email address(s) that you would like profile activity notifications to be sent to when a user performs any action on your profile. These are engagements such as a save, file download, website referral, and more. Simply leave this tab blank if you would like to opt-out of these notifications. Alternatively, you can view these engagements within your Analytics tab.
