Setting up your business’ profile notifications

To ensure that all relevant information reaches the right people this is how you update your notification settings.

Make sure to update the email addresses that will receive notifications about your ArchiPro profile, such as direct enquiries, to ensure all relevant information reaches the right people.

To set up your email notifications for all important updates:

  1. Log on to your professional account on ArchiPro
  2. Click the Profile icon in the top right menu 
  3. Below your Professional name, click 'Switch to Business'
  4. Click Settings in the left menu
  5. Click Notifications in the left menu

Enquiries Section

In this section control who receives notifications in your business and who can enquire about your products or services.

Direct Enquiries.

  1. By adding emails here, you will receive a notification when customers send a direct enquiry through your ArchiPro inbox, where you can click through to reply.

Nb. You can add multiple people here by pressing enter after each added email.  If you leave this blank, enquiries will go to your profiles primary email address (you’ll find this in the profile details tab in the profile section of Business Manager)

Enquiry Audience

  1. You can control who can send you a direct enquiry with this setting
  2. Nb that changing this from the recommended setting of ‘anybody’ will impact the number of enquiries you receive

Enquiry Project Type

  1. Here you can control what type of projects people can enquire about getting your support with, e.g. if you only want commercial project enquiries then only people who are working in that space will be able to enquire
  2. Nb that changing this from the recommended setting of ‘any project’ will impact the number of enquiries you receive

Custom Enquiry Message

  1. Adding a message here will add a custom message that will show next to your enquiry forms as per the example below;
  2. Nb this is optional and can be a max of 400 characters

Primary Call-to-Action

  1. Choose from the options that best suit your business

Product Call-to-Action

  1. Choose from the options that best suit your business
  2. Nb. this call-to-action selection will apply to all of your product listings

 

Profile Section

This section controls the notifications you’ll receive when someone engages with your content or content on your profile is amended.

Profile Activity notifications.

  1. Adding email addresses here means that you will receive a notification whenever a user performs an action on your profile. For example, file downloads, saves, website referrals, and more. 
  2. Leave this field black if you wish to opt-out of these notifications.

Profile Content Notifications

  1. Adding email addresses here controls the delivery of notifications to your business every time your website profile content is updated. For example, a notification for a new pending tag on your project or article. If your business chooses to opt out of these emails you can simply leave this setting blank.

Marketplace Section

This section is relevant to clients who have activated the ecommerce capability on ArchiPro

Order updates

  1. You will receive notifications for all Ecommerce order updates, such as receiving a new order, refund requests, and more.

Analytics Section

This section allows you to nominate who will receive monthly reports about the performance of your profile and the advertising inclusions included in your membership package, i.e. a summary of your ArchiPro Analytics

Performance reports - Coming Soon

Adding email addresses here means that you will receive monthly notifications with a Analytics reports for your profile.
