How to Create and Manage Custom Conversion Events with Your ArchiPro Pixel
Last Edited: 3 December 2025 [Tegwyn McCormack]
Setting up the right conversion events ensures your ArchiPro Pixel tracks key user actions. This provides full visibility into how users engage with your profile and website, helping you understand lead behaviour and accurately measure your return on investment.
While the Pixel automatically tracks over 60+ keywords, you can also create custom events to suit your business needs.
Accessing your pixel event tracking table
To get started, navigate to Pixel Conversions within your ArchiPro Analytics dashboard. Scroll down to find the Pixel Event Tracking Table, which provides an overview of:
- Your existing conversion events.
- The trigger for each event.
- Where each event sits in the leads funnel.
- Who created the event.
- Conversion results.
Creating a new conversion event
- In the top-right corner of the Pixel Event Tracking Table, click ‘Add New Event’.
- Choose the type of conversion event you want to create:
- Pages: For tracking visits to specific pages.
- Form Fills: To monitor form submissions.
- Custom Events: For unique actions requiring manual setup.
Examples of Conversion Events
Here are some scenarios to help you identify opportunities for tracking:
- Page Visits: Track visitors reaching high-value pages, like a project portfolio or service booking page.
- Form Submissions: Monitor users completing inquiry or sign-up forms.
- Custom Events: Track actions like clicks on downloadable resources, interactions with product images, or newsletter sign-ups.
Setting up page conversions
Page conversions are perfect for tracking visits to key pages like sign-up forms, checkout pages, or contact pages.
- Choose a page: Enter a specific URL or select from your top pages.
- Fill out the details:
- Conversion Name: Give the event a clear, descriptive name.
- Conversion Trigger: Specify what action triggers the event (e.g., page visit).
- Conversion Type: Examples include Save, Download, or Phone Call.
- Funnel Stage: Assign the event to a stage in the lead journey (e.g., Browsing, Interested, Lead, or Sale).
Setting up form fill conversions
Form Fill conversions are ideal for tracking submissions on your website, such as contact forms, mailing list sign-ups, or inquiry forms.
- Select a form: The Pixel automatically detects forms on your website and lists their IDs for easy selection.
- If you cannot find the form you’re looking for, please contact your Web Developer to locate and configure the appropriate form ID.
- Fill out the details:
- Conversion Name: Name the event to match the form's purpose (e.g., "Contact Form Submission").
- Conversion Trigger: Specify what action triggers the event (e.g., form submission).
- Conversion Type: Examples include Sign-Up, Submit, or Inquiry.
- Funnel Stage: Identify the level of user intent associated with this form submission (e.g., Interested, Lead, or Sale).
Creating custom events
Custom events let you track specific actions that aren’t covered by standard tracking.
These require JavaScript code snippets to be manually added to your website. We recommend contacting your Web Developer to assist with setup.
