Adding samples to existing products

How to enable samples for your products on ArchiPro

You can offer product samples to your customers. Follow the below steps to enable product samples for your products. 

Adding samples to a single-variant product

1. Log on to your professional account on ArchiPro
2. Click the Profile icon in the top right menu
3. Click on your Professional name
4. Click Products in the left menu
5. Choose the product you want to add samples to. You can use the search bar at the top of the page. 
6. On the product editor page, scroll to 5. Pricing & Inventory and open this section
7. Switch the toggle under the sections Samples to enable samples for the product
8. Add a sample price or $0 if you want to offer free samples
9. Add sample stock or remove the number in the field if you want unlimited stock (∞)
10. Add the shipping profile for your samples. You can select from your existing shipping profiles or add a new shipping profile

Adding samples to a product with multiple variants

1. Log on to your professional account on ArchiPro
2. Click the Profile icon in the top right menu
3. Click on your Professional name
4. Click Products in the left menu
5. Choose the product you want to add samples to. You can use the search bar at the top of the page. 
6. On the product editor page, scroll to 5. Pricing & Inventory and open this section
7. Click on the 3 dots next to the variant you wish to add a sample to and select edit variant details
8. Switch the toggle under the sections Samples to enable samples for the variant
9. Add a sample price or $0 if you want to offer free samples
10. Add sample stock or remove the number in the field if you want unlimited stock (∞)
11. Add the shipping profile for your sample. You can select from your existing shipping profiles or add a new shipping profile

Repeat for every single variant you wish to add samples to.
