Email Integration for Outlook Users (BETA)
This was highly requested - and it's ready for Outlook users.
When you integrate your email with ArchiPro, enquiries received in your ArchiPro Inbox are also delivered directly to your nominated email inbox. This means:
- You can reply directly via email - no need to log into ArchiPro to respond.
- Responses are logged back into ArchiPro, creating a more complete and consistent record of communications.
- It’s easier to share visibility across teams - multiple team members can receive and respond to enquiries.
- You can sync conversations into your CRM if your email is already connected.
- It creates a more cohesive and seamless workflow, with less platform switching.

Farewell to Product & Project Scores
No More Product & Project Scores – And Here’s Why
We’re officially removing the product and project scoring system. Why? Because we heard you – it wasn’t helping. The scores often felt arbitrary and didn’t reflect the time, care, and craft you put into your profile.
What this means for you

Search is one of the most powerful ways homeowners and professionals discover your business on ArchiPro. We’ve updated the search interface with a more prominent and intuitive search bar to help them find you faster.

This enhancement makes it easier for users to connect with the products and professionals they’re looking for – increasing the likelihood of discovery for your business.
Improved Conversions Report
We’ve updated and streamlined the Conversions Report to make it easier to navigate between your data and your results. For example, click ‘details’ on a direct enquiry conversion and you’ll go straight to the relevant message in your inbox.

Your Audience Report just got better. In addition to location and device type, you’ll now see the breakdown of your audience by industry – including a more detailed view of each category.
